Fine decor, excellent staff, unique music features

Heat issues, dusty records, limited privacy in shower

Our location was particularly good in the other common areas. The room was nicely furnished and well laid out with view to a patio - enjoyed it. The staff were all easy going and experienced and provided great service.

Preysing is a good functional hotel to spend a night, but for restaurant or bar services, you need to go out. Location is good, s trains (and changeover to u trains) will take you were you need in Munich. Friendly staff. From airport, take train s 8 to Rosenheimer Platz to get to the hotel. Several s trains run between Rosemheimer Platz and city center.

Mattras was quite hard. We suspect that airconditioning cannot handle a heat wave in summer.

Positive, This place was such a vibe! The music theme was awesome, and my teen loved the record player in our room. The underfloor heating and fabulous shower. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was a delight! Good spot to explore the city.

The funky decor and concept resonated with our love for music.

The open shower design offered little privacy. To top it off, we encountered noise disturbances from neighboring rooms, quite disruptive .

It was cold in the room because of the windows (not very well fixed!) and the floor. And too much noise from the street- no soundproof.

We ate at a stunning restaurant for dinner.

The breakfast staff were cheerful, offering an extensive selection of fresh pastries and cooked-to-order eggs, made our mornings bright. The unique room decor featured a record player and an excellent vinyl library to enhance the musical atmosphere.

Charming music-themed hotel with free minibar and a great record selection. Air conditioning was lacking, making it uncomfortable during summer.

The location of the hotel is quite good and the rooms are very clean.

The bed was a bit small and only one pillow was present. Nothing was provided for the suitcase. For a hotel of this standard, I would have expected a bit more.

Location is good, 15 min to Marienplatz, but the place itself is quite. Very clean rooms with nice furniture and helpful stuff, breakfast is okay, not much choice but good otherwise.

Slow internet for its price, but it seems to be common problem in Munich hotels.

They charge for a bathrobe and that has to be booked at the reception. The hotel does not have a bar or a cofee shop.

Very friendly and helphul staff! They even changed the faucet in my room immediately after I mentioned the old one was worn out. Nice hotel and quiet, very clean rooms. Close to the Isar river and surrounding park. Some nice restaurants and shops also nearby. Not too far from city center.

Breakfast was ok, but they could add more vegetables. Internet should nowadays be included in the room price.
